PRODUCTION
Weaving
In our weaving department, every stage from yarn and warp preparation to weaving and quality control is carried out in-house. Our modern looms deliver an average monthly output of 400,000 metres.
Our production follows OEKO-TEX and SEDEX standards, and we hold ISO 9001 certification.
We produce fabrics up to 330 cm wide. Our upholstery fabrics range from 100% linen to Trevira CS, supported by 4,000 warp variations and approximately 600 tonnes of yarn stock. All fabrics are carefully checked, packed and prepared for dispatch.

R&D
Home textile trends constantly evolve, with pattern and colour playing a central role. Our experienced design team presents emerging trends to leading customers around the world.
Throughout the year, Güleser Textile’s ten-person design team draws inspiration from fashion and nature to develop solutions for home decoration and changing architectural requirements.
PRODUCTION
Fancy Yarn
Our yarn department is divided into doubling and twisting. Yarns of different counts and thicknesses are twisted on Lezzeni machinery.
We stock 3,000 yarn qualities across cotton, linen, polyester, acrylic and their blends.
Dyeing processes are managed by automation systems, with chemicals and dyes automatically dosed into the machinery. Our yarn-twisting capacity is 150 tonnes per month. We carry out yarn drawing, twisting, air texturing and fancy twisting.

Finishing
Specialised finishing is one of our strongest areas. Our specialised machinery and experience built over the years complete the quality of our fabrics.
We can give fabrics from 140 to 330 cm wide a distinctive handfeel. During finishing, we can add flame-retardant, antibacterial, dirt-, oil- and water-repellent properties.

Sewing
Our sewing department has produced contemporary home textiles since 2001. Combining our passion for home textiles with technological advances, we develop distinctive products for leading retail chains in Türkiye and around the world.
We offer our customers a broad range of home textiles including bedspreads, throws, curtains and cushions.
